Overview
Solutions Marketing Lead, Healthcare Solutions & Partnerships (HS&P) team at Boston Scientific works to establish the company as a leading Healthcare Solutions provider by engaging in long-term partnerships with customers, providing products, services and solutions that are differentiated and tailored to their needs. The Solutions Marketing Lead reports to the Marketing Director of HS&P. The role supports Solutions Product Managers with managing the lifecycle of respective Solutions (conception, development, launch, retirement) within target markets, via Digital Health and Advisory Solutions.
The role involves translating customer needs into Solutions priorities and facilitating collaboration with HS&P R&D, commercial & delivery teams, all Divisions within Boston Scientific, support functions and external partners to define and productize a solutions portfolio that drives category leadership and differentiation.
The Solutions Marketing Lead works with HS&P Digital Solutions Lead to manage the portfolio, with HS&P Customer Success Lead, SDEs and HS&P Sales to measure penetration, adoption, profitability, and other market needs, and with Divisional teams (GMMs, BUMs) to foster engagement.
Responsibilities
- This role is a maternity leave replacement for 12 months.
- Lead market analysis & insights, staying at the forefront of market trends.
- Provide Solutions Product Managers with guidance on methods of gathering current and target customer feedback and needs.
- Participate in customer events (advisory boards, tradeshows and congresses) in partnership with Divisional teams, Country HS&P teams and EMEA Marketing Communications, shaping voice of customer and marketing insights.
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key customers and KOLs.
- Assess competitive intelligence and review with the organization to inform future development directions in collaboration with Marketing and the Business Intelligence Manager.
- Analyze potential projects along strategic, clinical, technical, and financial vectors, completing analyses independently and in cross-functional collaboration to ensure prioritization of high-value projects.
- Recommend projects and the pipeline trade-offs required to achieve business goals.
- Lead portfolio management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact in EMEA, facilitating effective communication and feedback loops on insights collected.
- Lead ADVANTICS portfolio planning and strategy on Digital Health by developing strategies and plans that support HS&P and Divisional objectives based on data-driven understanding.
- Leverage yearly planning moments (Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan) to ensure alignment to the strategy and preparation for delivery.
- Partner with HS&P Digital R&D to prioritize new Solutions development, supporting collaboration with Solutions Delivery Experts to test new offerings.
- Support Solutions Product Managers in: defining and maintaining value propositions of existing and new solutions; monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvements or trade-offs; defining and executing Go-To-Market strategies and tactical plans.
- Lead in the definition and execution of Go-To-Market strategies for the ADVANTICS portfolio to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and delivery objectives.
