About the Job
The IT Solution Designer will be involved in the management of application maintenance and new developments for the ticketing platform implemented on the SNOW platform used by Allianz Italia companies. The ticketing system is based on a market platform with important customizations aimed at directing business processes. The role is part of a team composed of both internal and external resources operating in an international context, collaborating closely with other IT areas to ensure application availability, defect‑free operations, and timely delivery of new developments. The designer will act as an interface and point of reference for business users regarding functional aspects of the platform, report to the IT application manager, and proactively support international initiatives to converge towards common processes while maintaining local specificities.
What You Do
- Interface with the business user for the management of requests, including drafting functional requirements and planning.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the business processes developed on the ServiceNow platform.
- Monitor the activities of the Application Management team (outsourced to an external vendor) to verify compliance with required service levels and ticket fulfillment within agreed SLAs.
- Ensure new implementations and projects are planned and executed in line with the group's business strategy and IT standards.
- Hold weekly alignment meetings to share task status, critical issues, and possible solutions.
What You Bring
- In-depth knowledge with at least 3 years of experience managing the ServiceNow marketplace platform.
- Experience as a PM / PMO and functional analyst is appreciated.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proven problem‑solving attitude, essential for managing complex system transformations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Goal‑oriented mindset, initiative, autonomy, proactivity, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in navigating infrastructural constraints and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical thinking skills, fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
