Solution Delivery Manager

The Solution Delivery Manager will join the Project Management department, which oversees and coordinates all aspects of the project, from budget planning and scheduling to final testing and commissioning at the customer’s site. The Solution Delivery Manager will be accountable for the project software implementation within the established times and quality, creating the conditions for its most effective and efficient integration with the Automation and Key Users in the plant, where the E80 solution will operate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of the software solution, overseeing requirements from definition to final go‑live.
  • Plan and coordinate development, testing, integration, and release activities across multiple software teams.
  • Own and maintain the solution backlog, ensuring requirements traceability across internal builds and on‑site release sprints.
  • Refine and prioritize backlog items in collaboration with the Business Analyst and Development Team Leaders.
  • Allocate and schedule team activities across build and release iterations, considering project deadlines, team capacity, and functional specification readiness.
  • Manage functional and timeline dependencies across departments involved in the software delivery pipeline.
  • Promote incremental functional releases through small and frequent deployments to reduce risks and anticipate integration issues.
  • Facilitate cross‑team coordination to perform critical integration tests before the on‑site release phase.
  • Lead iteration reviews, demos, and retrospectives to validate solution progress, gather feedback, and identify potential risks for installation and future operations.
  • Coordinate and supervise integration activities with external systems interacting with the E80 solution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in software project management or in the delivery of complex IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles applied to software development.
  • Familiarity with test automation, continuous integration, and test‑driven development practices.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage dependencies across development activities.
  • Strong customer‑oriented mindset and focus on delivering customer value.
  • Proactive attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and results orientation.
  • Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
