Role Overview
As a Confluent Solution Architect, you will design and build scalable real-time data streaming solutions using Kafka and Confluent technologies. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance data pipelines.
✅ Key Skills Required
• 5+ years of experience with Apache Kafka (Confluent / AWS MSK / Cloudera / OSS)
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Scala
• Expertise in event-driven architecture & streaming patterns
• Hands-on experience with AWS / GCP / Azure
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines
⭐ Nice to Have
• Confluent ecosystem: Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, KSQL, Schema Registry
• Confluent Cloud, ksqlDB, Apache Flink
• Stream Governance, RBAC, Data Lineage
• Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk
• Experience with big data platforms / data lakes
