This role involves end-to-end project management — from site establishment to final delivery — with active coordination across EPC contractors, utility companies, and key local stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a solid understanding of solar construction and permitting frameworks, and a strong track record managing renewable infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

  • Manage project budgets, cash flow, and logistics for all materials and construction-related activities.
  • Liaise with utility providers to secure and implement grid connections.
  • Monitor and enforce quality assurance and timely delivery throughout the construction process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landowners, EPC contractors, authorities, and other local stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones, identify critical risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and permitting processes.
  • Deliver regular progress updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline

  • Electrical license or background in HV substations or solar electrical systems (a strong plus)
  • In-depth knowledge of PV regulatory codes, permitting processes, and the National Electrical Code
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites — regular on-site presence is mandatory
  • Occasional presence required at the company’s Milan office
