As part of the development of Abylsen Italy, specialized in IT, Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant) and Energy, we are looking for a Software System Engineer in the Aerospace&Defense sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.

What is the challenge?

MAIN ACTIVITIES :

• Management, analysis, and traceability of software requirements, ensuring alignment with system requirements and test cases
• Use of the IBM DOORS tool for writing and managing requirements, including traceability matrices and the generation of documentation and reports
• Support for the preparation of software documentation, including both development and test documentation (specifications, test documents, user manuals)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in Engineering
• Proven experience (2-4 years) in managing and tracking requirements in complex software projects
• Excellent knowledge of IBM DOORS, with practical experience in requirements management, traceability, and automated document generation
• Solid understanding of the requirements lifecycle and traceability matrices (system requirements, software requirements, and test cases)
• Strong technical writing skills (functional and technical specifications, test documentation, manuals, developer documentation)
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, with a focus on problem-solving and knowledge sharing
