Software Quality Assurance Specialist - Digital Payments (Junior Profile)

We are seeking a motivated Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team dedicated to IT applications, embedded systems, and fintech. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who want to start their career in software quality assurance and gain experience in a dynamic, innovative, and international environment. You will be supported by experienced colleagues while contributing to the quality and reliability of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, development, and execution of test plans, including functional, integration, and system tests
• Perform manual tests and learn how to use automation frameworks to identify bugs, anomalies, and performance issues
• Gain experience with test management tools such as Jira and Xray to track and manage test cases and defects
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts under guidance
• Assist in documenting test results and preparing reports on software quality status
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (also upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages is a plus
• Interest in test automation and quality assurance processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a team-oriented environment

Additional Preferences:

• Knowledge or coursework related to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Interest in obtaining ISTQB certification or equivalent
