Overview

The role focuses on data integration, quality, business intelligence, and platform technical management for the Italian hub and related ERP systems. The candidate will work closely with the international Data Team and act as a liaison between the Italian product owner and overseas development teams. The primary development language is PHP, and communications are in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration with the international Data Team for the integration of corporate data platforms into the international Data Lake.
• Liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders and the international development team responsible for the evolution of the company’s ERP.
• Manage data integration activities between corporate products, with particular focus on platforms from new acquisitions.
• Provide functional and technical support to users regarding software solutions.
• Hands-on development of internal software solutions, if necessary.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience as a Data Engineer, including Python, public cloud ecosystems, MPP databases, orchestration tools, and data quality.
• Good working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• PHP software development capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English: communications will primarily be in English.

Additional Requirements

• Proficiency in using Power BI for creating dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of the insurance market.
