Your role
- As part of a team, you will develop both mechanical engineering projects and prototypes for our international production sites, from the initial inquiry through design to commissioning.
- You will handle the development, PLC programming, and visualization of our plant control systems and integrate innovative hardware and software solutions.
- You will design the integration of the systems into modern data acquisition systems.
- You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders on these projects.
- You will provide worldwide support for existing systems.
Your profile
- Technical training in electrical engineering and electronics, ideally with some professional experience
- Strong programming (SCL) and visualization skills in the Siemens TIA Portal
- Ideally, knowledge of JAVA programming or an interest in further training in this area
- Experience with OPC-UA and MQTT, as well as database querying, is also an advantage
- Good German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
