What you'll do

As a Software Engineer II , you'll help grow our Milan tech hub, working on Continuity of Care technology. Your role includes designing, coding, deploying, and iterating based on user feedback. Your daily tasks include:

• Designing and implementing new features (60%)
• Handling technical tasks like stability, security, and technical debt (20%)
• Fixing bugs to maintain platform health (20%)

Who you are

• Comfortable with English (our team is international)
• Strong full-stack development experience, preferably in a hyper-growth environment
• Experience with large distributed systems
• Experience with Ruby and/or React is a plus
