Job Description

As a Java developer, you will play a key role in designing, building and maintaining robust back‑end solutions using Java and Rust, while leveraging Agile practices to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain back‑end components for client applications using Java and Rust
• Apply Agile methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
• Collaborate closely with front‑end developers, architects and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing and integration activities to ensure software quality and reliability
• Contribute to the optimization and scalability of existing systems

Qualifications

• 3‑6 years of back‑end development experience with proven expertise in Java and Rust
• Native Italian speaker is required; professional proficiency in English is a plus
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and back‑end development tools
• Excellent teamwork, adaptability and communication skills; availability to work onsite in a collaborative environment
