The Software Developer is part of the ECLIPSE Product Development team, involved in all development phases. You will oversee software projects, analyze operational problems, explore new technologies, support other developers, and contribute to the ECLIPSE suite of products, essential for space sector operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and drive innovation within the team
• Design, develop, and test the ECLIPSE web-based application
• Engage in full stack development across architecture layers (Web, Java, Databases)
• Participate in sprint demos, planning, and stand-up meetings
• Perform peer code and design reviews
• Produce technical documentation
• Apply analytical and object-oriented design skills
• Continuously develop personal skills aligned with career goals
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and oral
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment

Successful Candidate

• 2-3 years of software development experience
• Experience with Web Application Development using JEE, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, JSP, Servlet
• Knowledge of frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Struts, Lucene
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as jQuery and Angular
• Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN
• Strong analytical and OO design skills
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of best practices in software development, including testing and quality assurance

Nice To Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Java or other relevant certifications
• Experience with document-oriented databases like MongoDB
