Overview

In this role you will produce engaging, social-first video content about life and culture in Milan and Rome for Fever’s Secret Media Network. You’ll lead end-to-end video creation, covering local events and trends to grow audience across digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with editorial and commercial teams to shape stories that resonate with Italian audiences. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced startup environment with opportunities to influence content strategy and audience engagement. Responsibilities

Create original video and social content about life, culture, events, and trends in Milan and Rome Cover local events, openings, and breaking stories across Italy Lead social-first video production from ideation to publication, including planning, filming, editing, and optimization for platforms like Instagram and Facebook Monitor performance and leverage insights to refine creative strategies Appear on camera for interviews and storytelling content when required Stay current with social media trends and platform updates to maximize reach Collaborate with editorial, social, and commercial teams to drive engagement and growth Qualifications

Native-level Italian written and spoken; fluent English Proven experience with scripted and unscripted video; showreel/portfolio available Bachelor’s degree in Film, Design, Communication, or related field Strong ability to write video scripts Experience with social media content creation across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Willingness to work independently and in a team, and to meet tight deadlines Passion for Milan and Rome city life and digital media trends Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting interviews Benefits
