Lord&Berry is seeking a Social Media Specialist with a passion for beauty and fashion!
Location: Milan (hybrid)
Contract: Full-time

What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to independently manage and creatively grow all brand channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Telegram, and to support our email marketing activities via Mailchimp.
Responsibilities
- Ideate and plan the monthly editorial calendar
- Create content (photos, videos, stories, reels)
- Basic video editing and photo retouching (Photoshop or Canva)
- Trend research and social listening/analysis
- Community management and social customer care
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and UGC partners
- Support paid campaigns and product launches
- Support the creation, scheduling, and optimization of newsletters and email campaigns using Mailchimp
- Weekly/monthly reporting and KPI monitoring
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
- Ability to produce original content end-to-end (shooting, editing, copy)
- Strong eye for aesthetics, image, and digital trends
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Telegram
- Experience with Mailchimp (or similar email marketing platforms; Mailchimp preferred)
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite
- Proactive attitude, strong organization, and desire to grow in a creative team
- Excellent command of Italian (written and spoken)
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
