Job Summary:

We are seeking a Social Media Senior Specialist to plan and manage impactful social channels marketing campaigns that magnify AliExpress’ brand value proposition in Italy. This role requires a fusion of creativity and analytical prowess, aimed at building brand awareness and trust social wisely.


Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement social media/influencers strategies that align with our brand positioning and marketing strategies.

● Create original content and schedule postings to increase account visibility and engagement.

● Monitor and analyze performance data of social media accounts to continuously optimize content and strategy.

● Source and develop influencers networking continuously and work closely and innovativley with influencers to support brand and business growth.

● Collaborate with advertising agencies and vendors to manage and improve social media advertising campaigns.

● Community management .


Qualifications:

● At least 3 years of experience in social media planning and account management.

● Proficiency in content trends, viral marketing mindset and mechanisms of operation on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

● Excellent creative thinking and content creation skills.

● Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to adjust strategies based on data insights.

● A proactive, results-focused approach, capable of driving initiatives forward amidst uncertainty.

● Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous. Candidates with substantial agency experience are also encouraged to apply.

● Ability to work independently as well as closely with a team.

● Proficiency in Italian and English is a must. Chinese language skill is a plus but not a prerequisite.

● BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
