For our Studio in Milan, we are looking for a Social Media manager
The successful candidate will have an experience of at least 5 years in the same role, possibly in a similar context to ours. They should have a strong ability to communicate through the digital tool and be familiar with brand & corporate identity strategies.
They will be reporting to the Head of Communication Department and will assist in the execution a results-driven social media strategy.
Main Tasks:
-Working in close collaboration with the communications team, they will assist in the creation and editing of engaging written, video, and photo content for social media platforms;
- Attend events, observe studio life and produce live/static social media content;
- Collaborate with the communications to create a social media calendar;
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends;
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments;
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics;
- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in a similar role. A passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools;
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats;
- Good aptitude for writing and storytelling, and content creation;
- Excellent social listening skills;
- Ability to understand current and future trends in the digital content and social media;
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask;
- Good knowledge of the English language
