The Company

Como 1907 Football Club, owned by SENT Entertainment, is competing in Serie A and is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Lead to join our Como-based Team.

The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Lead to join our Como office and strengthen our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Media, this role will work closely with the Head of Social to drive ambitious audience growth across platforms while protecting and developing our distinctive brand voice.

The Social Media Lead will be channel agnostic, working across TikTok, Instagram, X and beyond to ensure consistent impact. They will design content strategies, oversee content calendars, manage a team of creators, and take a hands-on role in producing and implementing content. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves in execution.

This position is offered initially as a 12-month contract with the intention to move to permanent thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of social media strategy to achieve ambitious audience growth targets and elevate brand voice across all platforms.
• Drive audience growth across key channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and X, by designing and implementing channel-specific content strategies.
• Oversee content calendars and production pipelines, managing a team of creators to ensure a consistent output of high-impact content.
• Actively produce and implement content, taking a hands-on role in day-to-day execution.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Communications and Media to ensure all social media activities align with broader communication goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years’ experience in social media, digital strategy, or related roles
• Bilingual in Italian and English
• Lightroom proficiency
• Proven track record in TikTok audience growth
• Experience managing a content team and delivering large-scale campaigns
• Deep understanding of digital culture and evolving social media trends
