Social Media Intern

As part of the Digital Business & Marketing Unit, the candidate will support the day-to-day management and execution of Missoni’s social media activities across key digital platforms.

You will contribute to the implementation of social media initiatives by assisting with content publishing, community management, campaign operations, performance monitoring, and social listening activities. Your work will also include competitor benchmarking, reporting, and administrative support, contributing to the continuous growth and optimization of Missoni’s digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily management of social media operations, including posting and community management across key platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Assist with operations for paid social media campaigns on Meta platform.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance across key platforms, contributing to weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Utilize social listening tools to track brand sentiment, audience conversations, and emerging trends.
• Benchmark performance against competitors and industry standards to identify areas for growth or differentiation.
• Manage administrative tasks, including registering official suppliers and producing purchase orders for invoicing and payments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Management or Communication.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Emplifi) is considered a plus.
• Genuine passion for the luxury industry and social media.
• Full proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
