DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

The SOCIAL MEDIA & EVENT INTERN will join the AW LAB Marketing Team, supporting and implementing social media platforms' content strategies (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn).

He/She will have the opportunity to support the team in analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online. He/she will support the team in defining events following the brand vision and contributions of brand.


KEY CHALLENGES

  • Support in defining the social media strategy for platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn
  • Support in sustaining the social media KPIs
  • Support in defining the PED for all social media platforms
  • Support in managing and overseeing social media content to make sure production is in line with the platforms and the brand
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Collaborate with agencies to build AW LAB Community and get direct contacts with influencers
  • Support in the organisation and management of AW LAB's special events, both in-house and in collaboration with brand partners
  • Support in the planning and implementation of events, corporate and product PR activities and special collaborations


CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Degree in progress or completed - preferably in Marketing or similar fields
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Crazy for social media, influencers, events and lots of creative and out of box ideas
  • Dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic about life
  • Attention to details
  • Teamwork


LANGUAGES

  • Italian
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Spanish (nice to have)


LOCATION

  • Limena (PD)
  • Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
