This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and proactive professional, with a track record in social media and content management, along with a refined passion for luxury fashion.

This position is based in Milan (M1 San Babila stop), with a traditional full on-site set-up. The role reports directly to the Ecommerce Director, involves maximum collaboration within the Digital Team, works closely with other internal functional teams, and cooperates with external counterparts.


The Role

Reporting to the Digital Director, the Social Media Manager will lead the development and execution of Eleventy social media and Direct Email Marketing strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others.

This role blends strategy and hands-on work: studying and defining the role of each channel within the overall communication ecosystem, identifying key themes and narrative threads, designing formats and master templates, planning a clear editorial calendar aligned with business goals, and producing copy for all approved content. They oversee publishing and distribution across the brand’s owned channels (static images, videos, reels, stories, DEM) and manage daily community interactions to grow followers, engagement and organic reach.

Highly both creative and analytical, the Social Media Manager monitors trends, tracks KPIs, and produces regular reports on social and DEM activities (engagement, reach, conversions, open rates, click-through rates, etc.) to optimize results and ensure all activities support broader marketing and business objectives (brand awareness, engagement, conversions). They work closely with Creative and Marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns. The role will cover everything from content and template creation to reporting and managing any external agency activity.

Mastering Italian and English language, along with availability to publish, repost and interact on the brand’s social channels during weekends and holidays is required.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

· Channel Strategy Development: Study of strategic digital channels (including various social media platforms and Direct Email Marketing) and definition of their role within the communication ecosystem. The goal is to build a synergistic communication strategy across channels, identifying themes, topics, and formats.

· Editorial strategy / themes: Identifying the narrative threads that will guide the brand's editorial plan on social media channels and the communication line on DEM. Scouting and defining formats and segments for each chosen theme.

· Formats and Master Templates: Creating the graphic formats needed to implement the editorial plan for the various channels according to the agreed strategy.

· Editorial Plan: Development of a clear content calendar, aligned with business objectives, of content to be published on each channel defined by the Channel Strategy.

· Production of the copy for each approved content planned on the Editorial Plan.

· Periodical (monthly, quarterly, on demand) production of a clear report on Social and DEM activity, tracking key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, open rate, click-through rate, etc.. to optimize performance.

· Publishing the content (static images, videos, reels, and stories) outlined in the editorial plan across the Brand's owned channels.

· Social media monitoring: tracking and analyzing online conversations, mentions, and trends about Eleventy, industry, or competitors to understand public sentiment, manage reputation, provide input to customer service, and find market opportunities.

· Community management (Answers to messages received via social media channels)

· Availability to publish content, repost and interact on Eleventy’s social channels during weekends and festivities.

Requirements

Hard skills

· Bachelor or Master in a Digital, Communication, or Economic related area.

· Minimum of 3 years proven experience in the same role, preferably in fashion or luxury

· Strong understanding of various social media platforms and tools (IG, FB, TikTok)

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian

· Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing principles.

· Creative content creation ability

· Strong luxury aesthetic sensibility

· Analytical skills for data interpretation.
