Junior Social Media Manager Specific
We are looking to recruit a Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our company headquarters in Modena, Italy.
The Junior Social Media Manager will work in one or more teams dedicated to the promotion and communication of specific products and campaigns.
The team will usually be composed of product managers, product owner, marketing manager, product marketing manager, designers, content creators, and external partners.
Support the execution of social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives
Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms
Ensure consistency of brand voice and visual identity under team guidance
Coordinate with internal teams for the production of social media assets
Monitor basic social media performance metrics and report insights
Maintain social media calendars and support content scheduling
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
Write and edit social media copy with supervision
Coordinate with design and video teams for asset delivery
Schedule and publish posts using social media tools
Support product launches and campaign activities on social channels

The candidate will work at IK Multimedia Production headquarter in Modena, within the Marketing department.
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
Copywriting skills in English
Experience with social media management and analytics tools
Basic knowledge of visual content (image and video) production workflows
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
