Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven Digital, Social Media & Content Manager to lead our brand’s Web3 content and communication strategy. You’ll oversee multi-platform social media growth, community engagement, brand promotion campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.Goal driven, collaborative, and STRONG WORK ETHICS are key.

This role requires strong cultural fluency in Web3, content originality, and execution discipline. You’ll play a central role in shaping our brand voice and engaging a global crypto-native audience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Community Operations (50%)

  • Manage content calendars and publish across platforms: Twitter (X), Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, Discord
  • Create content that drives growth, interaction, and Web3-native engagement
  • Operate and moderate community channels such as Discord and Telegram
  • Use memes, trends, and storytelling to connect with audiences authentically
  • Track KPIs and social metrics to refine content and community strategy
  • Build a consistent and on-brand social presence across all channels

2. Project & Brand Promotion (20%)

  • Draft project-level brand campaign strategies and execution plans
  • Support company-wide brand positioning and communications strategy
  • Execute brand collaborations, campaign activations, and community co-marketing efforts
  • Collaborate across teams (PR, design, growth, KOL) to ensure consistency and delivery

3. Content Creation & Publishing (15%)

  • Produce visual and narrative content including memes, short videos, infographics, and education-focused posts
  • Use tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut for efficient and high-quality content production
  • Maintain brand voice and visual consistency; ensure error-free publishing
  • Bonus: Ability to create structured long-form content (e.g., articles, Twitter threads, guides)

4. KOL Management & Expansion (5%)

  • Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs across platforms like Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram
  • Develop campaign briefs, monitor performance, and manage deliverables
  • Handle budgets, agreements, and performance analysis

5. Cross-Functional Communication & Project Coordination (10%)

  • Coordinate with design, marketing, product, and PR teams on integrated campaigns
  • Support launch timelines, content packaging, and project messaging
  • Assist in handling urgent announcements, crisis comms, and sentiment response

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or brand marketing (Web3 experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong familiarity with crypto culture, community trends, and online narratives
  • End-to-end content capability: planning, creation, scheduling, and analytics
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Twitter Analytics, etc.)
  • Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Figma, and related content creation tools
  • Strong time management, remote execution, and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Bilingual (English/Chinese)
