Role Overview:

The Social Creative & Campaign Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of the brand’s social content and creative campaigns. This role owns social storytelling, creative strategy and content execution across platforms, ensuring that all social outputs are strategically aligned, platform-native and creatively effective. As the content owner, this role directly manages, edits and optimizes social content together with agencies, combining strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the brand’s social creative strategy and storytelling
  • Set tone of voice, creative principles and content guidelines for social platforms
  • Ideate, develop and execute social media campaigns
  • Translate brand and marketing objectives into social-first creative concepts
  • Own the end-to-end social content process, from ideation to final delivery
  • Create, adapt and edit social content (copy, captions, visual and video assets)
  • Optimize content per platform, format and placement
  • Ensure creative consistency across organic content, paid social and dark posts
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams for integrated activations
  • Continuously refine content and campaigns based on performance and best practices


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Social Creative, Content or Campaign roles
  • Familiarity with creative tools
  • Strong creative and strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
  • Proven experience managing social content end-to-end
  • Excellent understanding of platform-specific languages, formats and trends
  • Strong copywriting and content adaptation skills
  • Ability to edit and optimize visual and video content for social platforms
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into effective social content
  • Strong organizational and communication skills: fluent Italian and English mandatory



Nice to Have

  • Background in social or creative agencies
  • Experience working in fast-paced or complex brand environments
  • Knowledge of paid social creative best practices
