Overview

As Flutter SEA’s Snai Italy People Partnering Senior Specialist , you will support the Snai Commercial Function by working closely with senior People Partners and teams to implement people initiatives, deliver core HR processes and promote employees’ engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Business Partnership: Support People Partners and businesses manager by understanding organisational priorities and addressing people related needs in areas such workforce planning, talent, and engagement.
• People Process Management: Support operational People processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance; contribute to process improvement and alignment with business goals.
• Organisation: Support the definition of roles, areas of responsibility, and organizational structures in support of HRBPs and the Organisation Design team. Manage data entry in Workday and support the job banding process.
• Employee Experience: Assist in managing employee data and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support the onboarding process, preparing materials and coordinating induction sessions for new hires. Provides support to the employee across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, exit), ensuring alignment with company values.
• Performance & Development: Support activities related to the global performance cycle; collect training needs and collaborate with People Talent & Culture to implement learning and development initiative.
• Learning: Support the organization of training sessions and learning initiatives, including both technical training and team-building activities. Manage the purchase request of PP area.
• Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to define hiring needs, participate in selection processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Creating positions data in Workday in line with the budgeting process.
• HR Analytics & Reporting: Monitor HR KPIs and support the definition of people action plans based on data insights. Contribute to HR reporting and tracking activities (e.g., updating spreadsheets, monitoring attendance, preparing presentations).
• Inclusive Culture: Support the implementation of initiatives promoting inclusion, diversity, open communication, and personal growth; encourage employee participation and feedback.

What You’ll Bring

• Around 2 years of experience in HR roles such as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Solid operational knowledge of Workday.
• Interest in building knowledge in HR operations, talent development, and employee experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Proactive approach, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Native Italian required and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
