Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in IT Service Processes, you will help clients identify and address business challenges related to their IT application portfolio. This role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate the portfolio’s technical and functional aspects.

  • Evaluate client IT portfolios and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze business issues and drive business alignment, ensuring that business objectives, IT processes, and IT service measurements are aligned to deliver maximum value.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that enable clients to make informed decisions about their IT application portfolio and associated business processes.

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Deep expertise in IT service delivery processes, including development and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This skill is essential to analyze clients’ business issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Deep understanding of aligning business objectives, IT processes, and IT service measurements to drive maximum value for clients.
  • Proven ability to apply analytical skills to complex business issues, formulate hypotheses, and test conclusions.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Measurement tools used for service level management, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Experience with identifying areas for business process improvement and developing solutions that drive maximum value for clients.
  • Strong in‑depth knowledge and experience in the Public Sector industry and Local Government in Italy.
