About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious leader with exceptional writing skills, in-depth knowledge of skincare trends, and the ability to travel for events. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling press releases, managing media relationships, and driving brand visibility across multiple platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, market research, and customer needs.
- Implement multifaceted initiatives to enhance brand recognition and reputation through targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Compose well-structured press releases to effectively communicate key information.
- Coordinate press trips, host media visits, and organize media events, press conferences, and exhibitions.
- Liaise with external agencies and journalists to ensure alignment with the organization's communication strategy.
Key Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in PR, social media, and skincare marketing.
- Strong writing skills with a deep understanding of skincare ingredients and trends.
- Ability to travel frequently for events and brand activations.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills, with Italian knowledge being a strong asset.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
