Site Planning Manager – Ref. 1486
Join an international team in Rozenburg as a Site Planning Manager on a project combining greenfield and brownfield works within an EPC contract. Currently in the construction phase, you will be responsible for on-site planning in close collaboration with technical and project teams. A key role in a dynamic, multicultural, and demanding environment. Autonomy, rigor, and leadership are essential to structure and monitor the execution of this strategic project for the energy transition.
Missions
- Develop the site baseline schedule
- Integrate all stakeholders’ activities (internal & external) into the overall schedule
- Coordinate with technical disciplines to ensure consistency in dates, durations, dependencies, and task weighting
- Identify the critical path and potential schedule risks; propose mitigation strategies
- Update the schedule monthly, including actual progress and future forecasts
- Produce progress reports, delay analyses, alerts, and look-ahead planning
- Actively participate in project meetings, coordination reviews, and execution strategy sessions
- Work closely with the Project Manager and discipline engineers
- Provide clear visibility on key milestones, deadlines, and schedule performance indicators
Experience
- Proven experience in planning management on EPC industrial projects, specifically during the construction phase
- Full autonomy on site as the sole site planner, supported by a back-office planning team
- Regular practice in both greenfield and brownfield environments
Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- 10 to 15 years of experience on large-scale industrial projects
- Mastery of Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Strong command of English (international working environment)
- Knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus
- Key soft skills: proactivity, clear communication, analytical mindset, and technical curiosity
