At Movianto we are currently seeking for an experienced and dynamic warehouse logistics professional to join our team in San Marco Evangelista (Caserta, Italy) as
SITE MANAGER
Job summary
The role is responsible for coordinating logistics activities across our locations in Italy, while ensuring alignment with the broader Movianto Group Operations organization.
This position reports to the Managing Director, Movianto Italia.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Warehouse coordination activities
- Discharge booking management
- Operational flow planning
- Warehouse staff management
- Inventory management
- Inventory control
- Verifications of complaints
- Returns management
- Order entry
- Creation of merchandise entry bubbles
- Customer service
- National transport planning
- Operational KPI extrapolation and evaluation
Education & Experience required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering and Management or equivalent training/work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in supervising and coordinating warehouse logistics services.
Skills required
- Ability to effectively lead warehouse personnel, whilst demonstrating a team player attitude
- Excellent knowledge of WMS software with a focus on warehouse personnel management
- Strong planning and organizational skills to bring structure where needed and to perform under pressure
- Ability to adapt to a growing environment where procedures are under continuous development
- Client oriented, creative and solution minded
- Native/fluent Italian and good level in English (verbal and written)
