Job Description

We are looking for a Site Manager for the Construction department who will report to the Construction Manager of the designated region. This role is responsible for ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget, monitoring and directing contractor activities from start to finish, and overseeing various contractors and subcontractors from site preparation and foundation.

The new resource keeps close contact with clients throughout the project's life cycle, accompanies clients during site visits, answers questions or concerns about the project's progress, and follows site safety protocols daily during site visits. They also ensure contractors and crew work in a safe environment and follow the rules.

Responsibilities

• EPC contract management and on‑site operations, including review of project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy, and schedule compliance.
• Site management under construction, ensuring the project is completed within time and budget.
• Supervision and oversight of the project direction, ensuring Enfinity Global’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
• Coordination and supervision of construction workers.
• Ensuring construction and site safety, and preparing site reports, designs and safety/quality control reports.
• Ensuring project compliance with Company’s Social Responsibility, Quality, Environmental and Safety standards, practices, and internal codes.
• Support all close‑out documentation to the Asset Management team upon project completion.
• Support the Asset Management team during the warranty period.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (preferable).
• Proven experience (7–10+ years) in managing site operations and power plant sites under construction.
• Experience in the renewables industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Problem‑solving skills; high ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
