New Factory Vetting: Conduct checks and evaluations of potential new factories, including site visits.
Supplier Quality Control: Oversee and manage quality control at the measurement stage with suppliers.
Production Deadline Management: Monitor and ensure production deadlines are met by factories.
Technical Task Coordination: Facilitate the transfer and implementation of technical tasks from the Account Manager to the production team/factory.
Click Up Project Management: Manage and update all relevant project information within Click Up.
Built-in Furniture Installation Supervision: Control and oversee the installation process of built-in furniture.
Deviation and Warranty Resolution: Ensure timely correction of deviations from technical specifications and efficient handling of warranty cases
Production Analysis: Analyze newly added productions within the company system.
Receiving Furnitures: organizing, receiving, and performing quality control checks on every item in coordination with the Account Manager, using the Woodara Company receiving standards
