Responsibilities
Supervise the construction of anaerobic digestion plants across all civil, mechanical, and electrical/instrumentation phases, ensuring compliance with client specifications, KVI technical requirements and deliverables ,monitoring construction project progress, and controlling subcontractor costs.
Coordinate and supervise site personnel and subcontractors, planning and overseeing installation activities to ensure proper execution and adherence to project schedules.
Verify the compliance of materials delivered to site, as well as their proper storage and preservation, collecting delivery documentation, and coordinating with the logistics department.
Ensure site safety, acting as the responsible person on site and reporting safety performance (by KVI tools) and issues to management.
Proactively collaborate with PEMs and technical specialists to finalize site technical aspects.
Collaborate with the project team and technical departments, coordinating site quality control processes and providing regular construction discipline progress reports
Qualifications
Mechanical /Electrical Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Manager for construction projects
Experienced in the coordination of contracts and subcontractors
Experienced in site-technical office role overseeing the completion of mechanical (BOP) and electrical activities.
Knowledge of Italian construction and safety regulations
