Adecco Permanent Consultant Modena supports a multinational group, a leader in the construction of plants for industrial automation.

A Site HSE Specialist

(Health, Safety & Environment) is a professional service that involves the physical presence of a safety technician on site during construction activities.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in construction sites and/or industrial plants, available to work night shifts (5 PM - 3 AM) at a major production site undergoing expansion in Maranello.

Responsabilities

• HSE oversight on site during night activities
• Verification of compliance with regulations and company procedures
• Risk monitoring, audits, inspections, and reporting
• Support for contractors and operational staff (over 50 workers on site)
• Emergency management and safety awareness activities

Title

• Experience in the role on industrial construction sites

Skills

• Operational management skills and effective communication, also with foreign workers
• Availability for night shifts from MON to SAT (5 PM - 3 AM)
• Good knowledge of English for interaction with foreign workers and supervisors of the German parent company

• Possibility of accommodation for out-of-town staff willing to relocate
• Direct employment with a fixed-term contract until July 2026, with the possibility to continue working on other projects currently being developed in the Modena area
