Role:
The Site HR Admin Ops Specialist t is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities within a Contract working site/Logistics plant. This includes managing people relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
The role acts as a bridge between plant operations and HR function, supporting both strategic and day-to-day HR needs.
Key Responsibilities
o Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with corporate guidelines.
o Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training programs for plant employees.
o Manage administration and performance management systems.
o Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
o Monitor working conditions and address employee concerns.
· Employee Relations
o Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
o Regularly update plant management on labor regulations and cooperate to solve issues with staff.
o Point of contact with site employee representatives
o Provide coaching and counseling to employees.
o Conduct exit interviews and support management with replacement and organizational solutions.
o Support plant management with workforce planning and organizational
o Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
o Deploy central HR function initiatives.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
· At least 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial or logistics plant.
· Proven experience in labor compliance.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· Strong conflict resolution, proactivity and problem-solving abilities.
· Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
