About The Role Our Site Associate is the beating heart of our daily operations in the dark store. You will work with your team to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure the smooth operation of our Hop sites.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Picking orders
Preparation of the shopping bags
Organization of the Warehouse
Receiving goods
Inventory
Warehouse cleaning
Requirements
Experience in a similar environment is preferred
Hourly flexibility
Willingness to work 30-hour shifts per week

Compensation
National Collective Agreement (CBA): CCNL Commercio e Terziario
Classification Level: Livello 6
The salary range for this role is €21,200 – €23,000 gross per year.
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
This position is not eligible for consideration for an equity/RSU grant.
