Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, diligent, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the efficient preparation and monitoring of the Installation works as outlined in the Project Installation Management Plan. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Test & Commissioning, Health & Safety), managing and organizing the installation team/activities and/or subcontractors, and much more.

Responsibilities

• Supervising on-site activities to ensure compliance with the Project Installation Management Plan.
• Ensuring that all installation activities comply with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align installation activities with overall project timelines.
• Managing and organizing subcontractors to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.

All About You

• Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of railway signaling systems and their installation.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and compliance in an engineering environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to plan and schedule complex activities.
• Availability to work on field for the major part of the work-time (90%).

Job benefits

Salary Range 35,000 € - 41,000 €
