Job Title: Showroom Coordinator
Overview
SR Management and Brand Experience responsibilities focused on product presentation, showroom setup, inventory and PR event support, guest interaction, and product knowledge. The role requires collaboration with the Brand Experience Team and PR/Marketing to align showroom activities with brand strategies.
Responsibilities
- Product Presentation – Arrange products or samples to showcase them effectively and collaborate with the Brand Experience Team on showroom setup guidelines.
- Maintain Inventory – Track samples (using tracking software), monitor send outs, ensure all samples are returned timely and undamaged.
- Ordering and Restocking – Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure showroom needs are met with best-in-class product assortment; order missing key items.
- PR Event Execution – Support in the execution of key PR events (e.g., press days, collection walkthroughs, media & influencer events) and track PR coverage related to showroom lend-outs, reporting to PR specialist.
- Guest Interaction – Provide premium brand experience and assist clients, partners, and media professionals during showroom visits.
- Product Knowledge – Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer media/stylist questions and provide detailed information to guests; collaborate with merchandising for product knowledge.
- Relationship Building – Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to ensure a positive brand experience in the showroom.
- Administrative and Reporting – Follow up with guests, manage appointments and showroom visits, maintain records of visitors and media contacts, and generate reports on showroom activities and engagement metrics.
Ways of Working
- Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to align showroom activities with overall communication and marketing strategies.
- Report to PR&BP Lead.
Job Requirements
- Education: Degree in Business, Fashion, Communications, Marketing, Humanities, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in running a PR showroom.
- Strong interest in Center of Culture: fashion, music, sustainability, sport and consumer trends.
- Experience in events management; an eye for aesthetics and premium taste levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; creative thinker; strong writing and presentation skills.
- Very outgoing, strong at building relationships; team player; agile thinker comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Italian and English; other languages a plus.
