About the position:

Join us as a Shoowroom Sales&Design Consultant and work with the premium brand, Bang & Olufsen. Be part of our dynamic sales team and help us deliver exceptional service and unforgettable moments to our customers in our Flagship B&O Store - the world of high-quality sound and sophisticated design.

Key functions:

Conduct Consultative Sales

  • Deliver a premium customer experience through personalized consultations, identifying client needs and offering tailored B&O solutions.

Adopt a Proactive Sales Approach

  • Actively engage new customers and drive sales of B&O’s “Staged” products by showcasing the brand’s unique value and lifestyle integration.

Collaborate with Interior Designers and Architects

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with design professionals. Provide expert guidance on incorporating B&O products into residential and commercial interior projects, ensuring seamless integration of technology and aesthetics.

Develop Expert-Level Product Knowledge

  • Attain deep understanding of B&O and complementary products. Apply best-in-class sales techniques and solution-based selling to meet customer expectations and project requirements.

Comply with Corporate Standards

  • Uphold B&O’s brand standards in all aspects of showroom presentation, customer interaction, and operational procedures.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Relevant working experience in similar positions will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, audio and video systems is a plus
  • Experience is selling premium or luxury goods
  • Fluent Italian & English
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, proactive sales approach
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
