Key Responsibilities

• Support the Shoes Design team in creating, updating, and organizing technical drawings, sketches, and product documentation.
• Assist in the development of renderings, colorways, and material combinations for internal and external collection presentations.
• Collaborate with the Product Development, Materials, and Industrialization teams to ensure both technical feasibility and design integrity.
• Conduct trend and market research on shapes, constructions, materials, and finishes to support the creative process.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Shoes Design team in all relevant design and development activities throughout the collection calendar.

Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, or a related field (curricular internship only).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; ability to create hand sketches and technical drawings; knowledge of InDesign (strong profiency), Rhin or Procreate is a plus.
• Design Sensibility: Excellent attention to detail, precision, and a strong sense of proportion, materials, and color harmony.
• Soft Skills: Good organizational and time-management abilities with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Languages: Fluency in Italian (mandatory) and good command of English, both written and spoken.
