Verify your compatibility with this job ad. Permanent Staffing, division of Staff S.P.A., seeks to select a Shift Manager for a new Quick Service Restaurant located in Parma.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team during the shift, organizing activities across various stations and ensuring continuity, rhythm and service quality.
• Work on the front line with the team, operatively supporting dining, kitchen, cashier and bar activities.
• Manage workflow and service peaks, intervening in real time to guarantee speed and efficiency.
• Contribute to the operational management of the outlet (shift scheduling, ordering, product and stock management).

Chi cerchiamo?

• Previous experience as Assistant Manager, Shift Leader or a similar responsible role in the restaurant sector (preferably in commercial / fast food / QSR).
• Ability to coordinate a team and work towards objectives in dynamic, high‑tempo contexts.

Inquadramento e tipologia contrattuale

4° – 3° level CCNL Pubblici Esercizi, Ristorazione Collettiva e Commerciale e Turismo, based on role, positioning and relevant experience, according to objective and gender‑neutral criteria. RAL: €23,128 – €24,598. Contract type: Fixed‑term / Permanent. Variable: incentive system linked to role objectives, per company policy. Working hours: Part‑time, 30 hours weekly. Shift availability required as per restaurant organisational needs. Sede: Parma. An initial pre‑opening training phase is planned: during this period, meals and accommodation will be provided at one of the Group's premises.

Salary: Gross monthly EUR 1,600 – 2,000.
