For our clinics in Sicily, we are looking for a Shift Doctor.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Medical Director in patient management.
• Select the appropriate dialysis method, suitable devices, and personalize treatment based on the patient's condition.
• Choose therapy options to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Handle all medical situations and issues encountered during duties, seeking consultations or arranging patient transfers when necessary.
• Collaborate with nurses during dialysis sessions, including initiation and termination of treatment.
• Review reports and healthcare activities to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Perform medical assessments for patient admissions and complete necessary formalities.
• Maintain and update medical records for each patient.

Requirements:

• Professional registration
• Knowledge of the Italian language (English is a plus)
