Your Role

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Manage the design and implementation of SharePoint & C#-based applications, support continuous improvement by exploring alternatives and technologies, and present these for architectural review.
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code; design, implement, and maintain high-volume, low-latency SharePoint & C# applications.
• Participate in software solution design, implementation, and maintenance for services to banks, focusing on the software lifecycle and release management.
• Support new product implementation projects and the transition to cloud systems in a dynamic, international environment.

Other duties: We may ask you to perform additional tasks as your role expands.

Your Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required

• Master's degree with honors in a technical/scientific field (computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, economics).
• 2-5 years of experience in SharePoint & C# application development.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong problem-solving and design pattern skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; team-oriented attitude.
