We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist, with deep expertise in logistics processes, IT systems and emerging technologies in the logistics sector.
Responsibilities, Authorities and Accountabilities
- Oversee daily operations of warehouse activities for the Service business, managing and coordinating communication between project managers, global supply chain, logistics providers and vendors.
- Coordinate and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time, maintaining organization and safety standards, and optimizing space utilization.
- Address and resolve inventory discrepancies and other warehouse-related issues.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
- Partner with logistics provider to maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities; generate and analyze reports to monitor performance.
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes for improved efficiency, cost-effectiveness and service levels.
- Oversee implementation, integration and management of IT systems supporting logistics operations (WMS, ERP, etc.).
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies (AI-driven logistics, automation, IoT, blockchain, etc.) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor data analytics and KPIs to drive performance improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, IT or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes (transportation, warehousing, inventory management, distribution).
- Experience with logistics IT systems (TMS, WMS, ERP, RFID, IoT).
- Understanding of emerging logistics technologies (automation, AI, blockchain, digital supply chains).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Ability to influence others, lead moderate-scope initiatives and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills; proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), Oracle EBS, Microsoft Office Suite; attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in English.
