Overview

Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value‑chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services.

Responsibilities

  • Driving all activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of digital and training projects, including scope, time, contract, cost and quality management.
  • Being responsible for project methodologies and standards, including scheduling and control, to fulfill customer expectations and needs according to the project.
  • Planning and implementing projects, managing the project scope of work and coordinating the assigned project team (including contractors).
  • Interacting with customers to assure project delivery; handling correspondence, providing updates, scheduling, execution of projects, customer satisfaction and proper communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Managing invoicing/payment collection, identifying deliverable sales and contribution margin for projects, and supporting cost management and collection handling.
  • Identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities during the project lifecycle to expand the project in ways that bring value to the customer and satisfy profitability requirements.
  • Supporting ITO, digital sales and solution architects during change order negotiations with customers.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical advantageous) from an accredited institution; minimum of 3 additional years of experience in a Project Manager role.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • IPMA or PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with proven analytical and organizational ability to deliver outcomes to strict deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to engage and meet with customers.
