In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the Lean and Digitisation pillars that will change the way parts business is managed within the Gas Services organisation.
You will design, develop and deploy wing‑to‑wing solutions aimed at reducing cycle time of the overall parts business cycle (from customer RFQ to physical parts delivery back to customers), and bring efficiency and productivity improvements leading to lower costs and increased capacity.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating execution and delivery of the Brilliant Parts programme with a strong focus on applying Lean to the operations processes (holistic view, from customer demand to delivery).
- Leveraging Lean to redesign critical processes (both transactional and physical), screening needs with stakeholders, assessing business benefits and prioritising, executing up to proven MVPs and pilots, developing and rolling out final products.
- Assuring the right prioritisation for initiatives, respecting time constraints and optimising budget spending.
- Building and maintaining a detailed milestone plan integrating all work‑breakdown structures of its programme, monitoring execution with adequate KPIs, reporting to upper management on execution status.
- Performing business analysis and quantifying decisions through the utilisation of data.
Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Statistics.
- Demonstrated relevant expertise in Lean and Six Sigma.
- Strong background in Digital Technology, Operations or Project/Program Management, Material Management, with relevant experience across diverse industries.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Ability to develop models and analytics within assigned projects, adhering to business standards, practices, procedures and product/program requirements.
- Show digital dexterity and passion for data analysis and analytics, confidence with platforms such as PowerBI and Tableau.
- Knowledge of digital trends, Industry 4.0 topics, Artificial Intelligence and Python programming.
