Services & Insurance Data Manager

We are looking for a Services & Insurance Data Manager .

Our client is an important player operating in the Mobility Service Sector.

The Data Manager is in charge of providing to the team of the HQ Services & Insurance BU the necessary data to monitor the performance (commercial, operational, financial) of Services & Insurance.

Acting in close cooperation with countries S&I BU, Finance and Marketing, the Data Manager will be able to gather data from different core systems (SAP, Miles, others), different satellite systems (Winity, GTMotive, Control Expert, One Link, etc…), “manual repositories” (Excel local databases), third party database (EEPS, TecAlliance), and organize an easy to use, safe, realiable set of data to be used by the business.

The role involves the ability to actively seek and understand sources of data, develop programs / routines to access data on a regular automatic basis, provide tools for data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Find sources of data
• As such, the role requires a good understanding of the ICT configuration and the tools in the surrounding ecosystem .
• Refine, organize, automatize data
• Ability to access data under various forms, and also create sustainable easy access to the data, that should be check and made fully reliable
• Provide data analysis tools
• Analyse and recommend that right tools to be able to analyse and use the data

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis / management
• Excellent analytical skills
• Knowledge of basic ICT tools and advanced data analysis tools (e.g. Qlik, PowerBI, SQL)
• Experience of ETL processes
• Ability to openly and positively interact with various teams (HQ, countries) and to work in an international setting (excellent English a must, French a plus)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment

This position is based in Rome.

Annual salary commensurate with seniority.
