Services Experienced Professional - Parts Services
Responsibilities
- Follow up material readiness for urgent shipment to sites.
- Expedite logistics on box & pack activities.
- Give input to shipping support team to process and manage/prepare necessary documentations for the shipment.
- Follow-up with shipping support team on shipment preparation progress until the shipping is complete on the HQ side.
- Update project team with necessary shipping information and documents.
- Update shipping info where necessary.
Performance Indicators
- Cycle time of shipment management
- Adherence to the NC resolution procedure and operating instruction
- # of shipment managed
- Initiative managed
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferred in engineering or machine.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a shipping organization or quality/analytics function or FSE or Eng.
- Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Fluent English and Italian.

- Ability to lead and motivate others to accomplish business objectives.
- Ability to multi‑task in a high pressure environment.
- Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones and deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal skills; communication skills with multiple function.
- Knowledge of ISO9001.
- O&G product knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
