Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Services Data Steward

Mission

The Services Data Steward is accountable for leading Data Management and Quality activities on Services master data (Accounts, Commercial References, Installed Base)accordingly to the SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM requirements for the country.

He/she will

• Secure the continuous migration of legacy data or local systems to central databases;
• Define and implement a continuous improvement process to minimize data cleansingactions and ensure that data are in good quality from the beginning
• Understand Global KPI's and tools and support the Services organization with specificanalytics and Dashboards
• Collaborate proactively with different roles part of the data flow

Activities and responsabilities

He/She will:

• Support in training stakeholders on tracking tools & Data Management processes
• Improve continuously relevant tools and processes in collaboration with global team
• Monitor and improve data quality in BFS through cleansing activities with therelevant stakeholders and maintain accordingly (identify obsolete and duplicateassets, clean and update installed products at customer sites and installed productsattached to active contracts…)
• Create, update and maintain commercial references in the ERP following E2Eprocesses

Qualification and skills

• Education

Engineering and/or Informatics University Degree , preferred AI skills and mindset

• Hard skills

-Being autonomous with IT tools and Excel

-Leading or contributing to data migration activities

• Soft skills

-Demonstrate interest in innovative data management practices

-Brilliant and open in communicating and working with various stakeholders

-Will in leading continuous improvement activities

• Language requirements

Fluency in Italian and English
