Coach the team and organization in agile practices Moderate Scrum events and remove impediments Support continuous improvement and team efficiency Facilitate communications between team and stakeholders and support adoption of agile frameworks

What You’ll Bring Along

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience At least 8 years of hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a ServiceNow context Deep knowledge of agile methods (SAFe/Scrum) Coaching and facilitation skills; experience with team dynamics Experience with agile tooling (Jira/Confluence) and project collaboration Strong communication skills and advanced English and German
