An international organisation with a global mandate and headquarters in Rome is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to support the final phase of a major platform implementation.
This organisation operates across more than 40 country offices and is focused on delivering impactful programmes worldwide. Its Information and Communication Technology division provides enterprise systems, cloud platforms and collaboration tools to a global user base, supporting both on site and remote teams.
The ServiceNow platform has already been implemented at core infrastructure level. The next phase focuses on refining configuration, optimising workflows and ensuring a smooth internal launch. This consultancy will play a critical role in shaping the final solution and ensuring long term operational success.
The Role
You will work closely with internal IT and Change Management teams to review, enhance and document the ServiceNow environment. Your focus will be on optimising configuration, tailoring modules to business needs and ensuring seamless integration with corporate data sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Review the existing ServiceNow configuration and identify optimisation opportunities
- Customise workflows and modules to meet corporate requirements
- Ensure secure and compliant data integration from corporate repositories including CMDB, Active Directory and other internal systems
- Collaborate with developers across other technologies to validate requirements and manage integration points effectively
- Provide best practice guidance on deployment, usability and user experience
- Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation to support knowledge transfer and operational continuity
- Support internal launch readiness and provide on site troubleshooting during the final implementation phase
Requirements
- Minimum four years of hands on ServiceNow experience with proven expertise in configuration and customisation
- Strong experience migrating and integrating data from enterprise repositories such as CMDB, Active Directory and ticketing systems into ServiceNow modules
- Experience delivering tailored solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrated involvement in launch readiness, testing and troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
