Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field, but above all, being an ambassador of our organization to clients, thanks to:

Your missions

• Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform for banking clients.
• Customize and optimize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change) to meet business requirements.
• Implement and maintain Service Catalog and CMDB modules.
• Develop scripts using JavaScript within ServiceNow (Business Rules, Script Include, Flow Designer).
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage ACLs, roles, and security settings to ensure compliance with banking standards.
• Write clear technical documentation (architecture, flows, configurations).
• Create user guides and operational manuals for end users.
• Document ITIL processes adapted to ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with compliance and audit needs.

Your profile

• 2-5y of Experience with configuration and development on ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change), Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Experience with JavaScript scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, Script Include, Flow Designer).
• Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of ACL management, roles, and security within ServiceNow.
• Experience writing technical documentation and user guides.
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence and SharePoint.
• Experience in regulated environments (banking, insurance) is strongly recommended.
• Fluent Italian. English is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong communication skills and can interface with non-technical stakeholders.
