We are seeking skilled Service Technicians to join our team in Italy. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on SANY construction equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong practical repair skills, good problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work independently or as part of a team. A customer-oriented attitude and reliability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, scheduled servicing, and basic adjustments to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and carry out necessary repairs on telehandlers and related machinery.
- Customer Assistance: Provide on-site technical support to customers and dealers; support remote troubleshooting when required.
- Parts & Documentation: Prepare service reports and keep accurate records of work performed, parts replaced, and equipment condition.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all service work meets SANY standards and complies with safety procedures and regulations.
- Feedback: Report recurring technical issues to supervisors to support product improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Technical diploma in mechanics, mechatronics, or a related field (industrial technical school or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in machinery maintenance or repair; experience with heavy equipment is an advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and maintenance practices
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license; forklift or heavy equipment certifications are a plus.
- Software Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to use diagnostic software tools.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within Italy for on-site service operations.
